Guest Speakers

We have had guest lecturers in every class so far. The lecturers are mostly people from the industry and they tie the things taught in class wonderfully with their real world experience. We even had a Guest lecturer for ERBA, Ian Livett from BP talked about risks benefit analysis in the oil industry. For Professor Von Hippel's course (15.969) we must have had at least 6 guest speakers. All the speakers were very interesting and highly accomplished, the guest speakers enhance the course experience. If you are a full time student at MIT and have time, then I think you can listen to an accomplished person every day.
